Sir Marcus Harding

The Rag Knight

Once a handsome and gallant chevalier, now the leader of a popular resistance movement.

Marcus Harding was Arnolph Hood’s best friend growing up. The son of a baron, he fled into exile with Hood. He was known for his beautifully-crafted golden armor. Upon seeing a village put to the torch during the War of the Nine, he had his armor melted and distributed among the townsfolk. Since then, he has been known as the Rag Knight – a true man of the people.

In recent years he has become increasingly political, urging the people of Vesta to secede from Hareford and declare themselves independent. He has gone so far as to lead the Forlorn, a band of rebels who seek to create a free state by any means necessary.
